Simon Sinek talks about how great leaders inspire action.  As a leader, can you inspire others to do something different?  Do you have to get aggressive or threatening before people take action?  Or do they simply walk all over you - becoming passive aggressive and burying their heads in the sand, sticking their fingers in their ears and going 'lalalalalala I'm not listening'?

Simon Sinek talks about purpose and belief - the reasons why you do what you do; the reasons why your organisation exists - not just the end results (making money).  People don't buy what you do or what you have to offer.  They buy 'why' you do it.  People buy into your purpose and beliefs - they buy into you!  People buy people.
